Last updated: 16 October 2026
This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased from VEERAMART, operated by VEERA RETAIL STORES LTD.
Digital products, services or subscriptions, if offered, are delivered according to the information shown on the relevant product page and are not subject to physical shipping.

United Kingdom

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship only to destinations made available during checkout.
Available countries, delivery services and delivery restrictions may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier capacity and applicable law.
If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently offer direct delivery to that location. Contact us if you require further information.
We do not ship to countries or territories where delivery would violate applicable sanctions, export controls or other legal restrictions.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days after the order is accepted.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom and, where relevant, public holidays affecting the destination or carrier.
Processing includes order verification, preparation, packaging and transfer to the carrier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to reasonable confirmation or address-verification checks before dispatch.
If a product page or checkout displays a different processing period, the product-specific period will apply.
4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated transportation time is normally:
7–15 business days after order processing.
The total estimated delivery period is therefore generally:
• Processing: up to 2 business days; plus
• Transportation: approximately 7–15 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing.
Delivery may take longer because of:
• The destination country or remote delivery location;
• Customs inspections or border procedures;
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
• Failed delivery attempts;
• Carrier congestion;
• Public holidays;
• Severe weather;
• Natural disasters;
• Industrial action;
• Government restrictions;
• Product availability; or
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to minimise delays and keep customers informed where practical.
Any different delivery estimate clearly displayed on the product page, order confirmation or checkout page will take priority for that order.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed before the customer places the order.
No undisclosed delivery fee will be added after checkout.
Optional premium, expedited or special delivery services may incur an additional charge. Any such charge will be displayed before the order is submitted and requires the customer’s express selection.
6. SHIPPING ORIGIN AND FULFILMENT
Orders are generally processed from our United Kingdom fulfilment address:
78 Foxhill Road
Carlton
Nottingham
England
NG4 1RT
United Kingdom
We may also use authorised fulfilment partners or additional warehouses when needed to improve availability or delivery efficiency.
The dispatch location may therefore vary by product or destination. This does not reduce our responsibility for fulfilling the order or affect the customer’s mandatory rights.
7. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders may be transported by PFC Royal Logistics or another suitable postal, courier or logistics provider.
The carrier used may vary according to:
• Delivery destination;
• Parcel size or weight;
• Product type;
• Service availability; and
• Operational requirements.
A carrier may use local delivery partners or subcontractors for the final stage of delivery.
VEERA RETAIL STORES LTD remains responsible for delivery-related customer complaints where required by applicable law.
8. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
VEERA RETAIL STORES LTD is responsible for customs duties and import taxes associated with delivery to destinations that we expressly support, unless a different arrangement is clearly disclosed before the order is placed.
Customers should not normally be required to pay undisclosed customs duties or import taxes when receiving an order.
If a carrier or customs authority unexpectedly requests a payment:
• Contact us at gijon.marcos2@gmail.com before paying, where reasonably possible;
• Provide the order number and a copy of the payment request; and
• Keep any official receipt if payment is necessary to receive the parcel.
Customers remain responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required for customs clearance.
We will not ask customers to make false declarations or provide inaccurate customs information.
9. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order, the customer should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The customer is responsible for checking that the following information is correct:
• Customer name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Products and quantities;
• Delivery address; and
• Country and postal code.
Contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
10. ADDRESS CHANGES
We may be able to update the delivery address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address may only be changed if the carrier permits it.
We are not responsible for avoidable delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer. However, we will provide reasonable assistance in attempting to correct the delivery.
Any additional redelivery cost will only be charged when clearly disclosed, reasonably incurred and permitted by applicable law.
11. TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided by email or through the order-status page when tracking is available for the selected delivery service.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.
Some economy, local or remote-area delivery services may provide limited tracking events.
A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.
12. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Products from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of availability, package size, warehouse location or carrier requirements.
When an order is split:
• The customer will not be charged additional standard shipping fees;
• Separate tracking numbers may be provided; and
• Parcels may arrive on different dates.
13. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
The carrier may contact the customer by telephone, email or text message before delivery.
Customers should provide a valid telephone number and ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may:
• Attempt delivery again;
• Leave instructions for collection;
• Deliver to an authorised collection location; or
• Return the parcel to us.
If an order is returned because it was refused, not collected or could not be delivered, contact us to discuss redelivery or cancellation. Any refund will be handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
14. CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible destinations and orders.
When Cash on Delivery is selected:
• No advance payment is required;
• The total amount shown in the order confirmation must be paid to the courier at delivery;
• Payment must be made in the method and currency confirmed for the order;
• The customer should keep their telephone available for delivery coordination; and
• Availability may depend on the delivery country, postal code, order value and carrier.
We may contact the customer to verify a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch.
Repeated refusal or abuse of Cash on Delivery orders may result in reasonable restrictions on future use of that payment method.
15. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF RISK
Where we select or arrange the carrier, we remain responsible for loss of or damage to the goods until they are physically delivered to:
• The customer;
• A person identified by the customer; or
• Another location expressly authorised by the customer, where permitted by applicable law.
This rule may differ if the customer independently selects and contracts with a carrier that we did not offer.
A tracking status alone does not remove any responsibility that applicable consumer law places on us.
16. DELAYED ORDERS
If an order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us at gijon.marcos2@gmail.com with the order number.
We will review the tracking information and, where necessary, open an investigation with the carrier.
If delivery cannot be completed within the agreed period or an additional reasonable period required by law, the customer may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
If delivery by a specific date was essential and this was expressly agreed before the order was placed, applicable law may allow immediate cancellation when that date is missed.
17. LOST PARCELS
If a parcel appears to be lost, contact us so that we can investigate with the carrier.
Customers are not required to resolve a lost-parcel claim directly with a carrier selected by us.
Where the investigation confirms that the parcel was lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
• Replacement at no additional cost; or
• A refund.
The remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable law and product availability.
18. PARCEL MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel:
• Check the delivery address on the order;
• Check safe locations around the delivery address;
• Ask household members, neighbours or building staff;
• Review any delivery photograph or carrier notice; and
• Contact us promptly.
We will assist with a carrier investigation. This procedure does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
19. DAMAGED, OPENED OR INCOMPLETE PARCELS
Inspect the parcel when it is delivered where reasonably possible.
If the parcel or product is damaged, opened, incomplete or incorrect:
• Take photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging and product;
• Retain the packaging until the claim is resolved; and
• Contact us promptly at gijon.marcos2@gmail.com.
Include the order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide an appropriate remedy under our Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law. Reasonable return costs for defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be paid by VEERA RETAIL STORES LTD.
20. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Certain products may be subject to special shipping restrictions because of size, weight, batteries, liquids, hazardous-material rules, product regulations or carrier limitations.
Any material restriction known to us will be disclosed on the product page or during checkout.
We may be unable to deliver certain products to:
• PO boxes;
• Military addresses;
• Freight-forwarding addresses;
• Remote islands or territories; or
• Locations not served by our carriers.
The availability shown at checkout will determine whether an order can be accepted.
21. REFUSED AND UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES
If a customer refuses or fails to collect a delivery without exercising a statutory cancellation right or contacting us, the parcel may be returned to us.
We will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Any deduction for actual return or redelivery costs will only be made where:
• The customer was informed in advance;
• The deduction is reasonable;
• The deduction is permitted by applicable law; and
• The deduction does not relate to defective, damaged or incorrect goods.
22. RETURNS
This Shipping and Delivery Policy does not replace our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Return requests, return labels, return shipping costs, withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy available on our website.
Unless a different authorised address is provided, approved physical returns should be sent to:
VEERA RETAIL STORES LTD
78 Foxhill Road
Carlton
Nottingham
England
NG4 1RT
United Kingdom
Customers should contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the correct instructions and printable return label where applicable.
23. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER RIGHTS
Customers retain any mandatory delivery rights provided by the laws applicable in their country of residence.
For consumers in the European Union, unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods should generally be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts:
• Mandatory rights concerning delayed or failed delivery;
• The seller’s responsibility for goods damaged or lost before delivery;
• Statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights; or
• Remedies for defective or non-conforming products.
24. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this Policy when we change carriers, delivery services, fulfilment locations, supported destinations or legal requirements.
The version applicable to an order will be the version available when the order is placed, unless a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
